An urban trail-running weekend in Helsinki's Central Park, with a Friday night 6K and 6K, 14K and 25K trail races on Saturday.
NUTS HEL brings trail running into the city. The race centre is at Eläintarha sports ground, a few minutes from the Olympic Stadium, and every course heads north into the forest paths of Keskuspuisto, Helsinki's Central Park.
Friday evening features a kids and juniors race and the Nightfall 6K under headlamps. Saturday offers an Intro 6K for first-timers and 14 km and 25 km courses for more experienced trail runners.

Registration is handled by the organiser, NUTS. Helsinki.run is not the organiser of this event.
Visitor information
- The race centre is reachable by tram (lines 2, 4 and 10 to the Olympic Stadium area).
- October in Helsinki is typically 5–10 °C with early darkness, so a headlamp is essential for the Nightfall race.
- Trail shoes recommended: roots and rocks, and mud after rain.
